The Operations teams role is to connect and implement the vision and values of J10 across the church community. They are a vital link enabling ideas and feedback to flow backwards and forwards to and from the core team and wider church community. Many of them are also involved in leading various departments in the church. Mary Banks, Paul Bentley, Mick Buckley, Joe Clarke, Rachel Jenkins, Phil Miles, Charles & Chidi Osuji, Robert Read, Phil Begg, Sue Radford. Rosemary Till is the Prayer Director at Junction 10.
